I deliver enterprise-level financial leadership to high-growth companies — without the full-time cost.

For 15 years I ran finance at a NASDAQ-100 technology company. For the past 7 years I’ve served as fractional/interim CFO for venture-backed startups and scale-ups, helping founders raise capital, execute M&A, prepare for exits, and build scalable finance functions.

I’ve personally closed more than a dozen equity rounds (Seed, Bridge, and Preferred) with pre-money valuations from $5M to over $50M, working with top-tier VCs, strategics, and institutional investors.

I only take on a few clients at a time so you get senior-partner attention, faster decisions, and results that move the needle.

When I’m not in the boardroom, I’m usually hiking with my dog or mentoring the next wave of founders.
